NaviWeb
NaviWeb integrates the possibilities of the traditional web shop in an extremely advanced manner. If he is logged in, he sees the prices that apply to him.
1. Searching for Articles
Thanks to the advanced search algorithms, searching out articles is exceptionally fast and simple.
The result of a search can be viewed in different layouts: the layout chosen determines the way in which the articles found are shown. There are already many layouts available from which you can choose. New layouts can be easily produced.
2. Ordering articles
In order to see the details of an article, the customer clicks on the article number. If you have linked the article to a photograph or even a comprehensive text, this included information is also displayed. Depending on the layout, not necessarily in a new window.
To order an article, clicking on the Order button is sufficient. A small window shows your customer that he has seen your article once in a shopping basket.
3. Sending an order via the Shopping Basket
When your customer has placed his order, he checks the content of the order using the Shopping Basket:
If required, he can change the numbers here. The totals are recalculated when he clicks on Send Changes.
To send the final order, the customer clicks on Prepare Order. If the customer is not logged in, he is asked to do so now. A message informs him that the order has been placed.
4. Accepting the Order in the back office
NaviWeb has now prepared a web order in the back office:
At the moment that you prepare the sales order (accepted as order), an e-mail is automatically sent to the customer informing him that his order has been recorded.
This mail includes a link which brings the customer directly to your website.
