NaviPOS
Integrated Cash Till Sales
Have you ever realized how many more possibilities a cash till solution fully integrated into your back office can provide? NaviPOS turns this dream into a reality! We have been building this solution since 1998, based on more than 15 years in the retail sector. NaviPOS was developed with two goals in mind: simplicity and speed. The extremely comprehensive set-ups ensure that practically every requirement can be configured via a tick or parameter...
Microsoft Business Solutions has declared NaviPos as an OFFICIAL ADD-ON.
Naturally NaviPOS integrates with a back office solution such as NaviSolutions.
How it works
- You open the cash till and dictate a start amount
- You record cash till tickets at an unknown speed and ease of use.
- If a customer asks for an invoice, you scan his customer card (if desired) and record the ticket.
- At the end of the day you execute a cash till count: this put the cash till back to zero.
- A combined shipment invoice is automatically created for the customer cash sale.
- This invoice is clearly laid out, just like the paid sales invoices sent to customers.
In other words, ALL your accounting taken care for you!!!
A Selection of the Possibilities
- NEW: Banksys certification guarantees flawless integration with payment terminals.
- Several payment methods per ticket.
- Customer card support: you print your own customer cards in the layout you yourself draw.
- Dealing with transactions:
an advance paid is automatically deducted from the total. - Combined Shipment invoicing
- Pre-invoicing: just create an invoice proposal. This can be registered manually after inspection.
- Gift vouchers / Credit vouchers: a new voucher is printed when the value is higher than the current ticket.
- An unlimited number of orders can be placed on hold.
- Subtotals possible on tickets.
- A ticket can be printed as a quotation.
- Offline processing: if the connection with the server is broken, the cash tills can continue to work independently. Once the connection is back online, information is automatically transferred to the server.
